Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in BPO Sales Operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in team handling, performance management, KPI/KRA monitoring, attrition control, and shrinkage management.

• Key Responsibilities (KRA)Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
• Drive productivity, sales conversion, and revenue generation.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to process compliance and quality standards.
• Manage team attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Control and reduce attrition and shrinkage within the team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and share performance reports and dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria✔ 3–6 years of experience in BPO Sales.

✔ Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

✔ Minimum 1–2 years of Team Leader experience.

✔ Proven experience in handling sales teams.

✔ Strong leadership and performance management skills.

✔ Graduation preferred.
