Job Description

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Assign and monitor leads to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Guide team members in handling customer inquiries and closing sales.
  • Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure proper CRM updates and accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate with the property management and sales teams for smooth customer handling.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
  • Motivate the team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
