Job Description
Manage and lead the Customer Support Team effectively.
Handle Outbound Customer Support processes and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor daily team activities, productivity, and performance.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure proper process maintenance and adherence to company standards.
Provide process inputs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
Handle customer/team-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and independent thinking.
Manage people effectively and maintain a positive team environment.
Track and monitor KPI/KRI performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Prepare and share regular performance updates and reports.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.
