Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our showroom sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in automobile sales, and the ability to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, and conversions.

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Train, coach, and support sales consultants.

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with CRM, finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

Plan local marketing activities and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in automobile sales (leadership experience preferred).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Target-driven with good customer handling abilities.

Graduate preferred (experience can be considered).
