About the Role: AcceleratorX is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for sales, academic, operations, and corporate roles within an EdTech organization and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for EdTech roles such as Business Development Associates (BDA), Business Development Managers (BDM), Academic Counsellors, Mentors, Trainers, Operations, Customer Success, and Corporate functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS/HRMS records, and hiring reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and competitor hiring within the EdTech industry.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Mandatory).
- 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the EdTech sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience in hiring for sales and non-technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.

- Expertise in candidate screening and interview coordination.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

- Strong network within the EdTech hiring ecosystem.
