Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and user support. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and desktops.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
• Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.
• Ensure data security, antivirus management, and compliance with IT policies.
• Provide technical support to employees for system-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Active Directory and user management.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and backup solutions.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Experience:Experience: 3-5 years
