Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of goods receipt notes (GRN), delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch records.
  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for smooth material flow.
  • Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports.
  • Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP processes.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
