Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
  • Receive, inspect, and maintain incoming materials and inventory.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
  • Verify materials received against PO, invoice, and delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
  • Coordinate with the Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts teams for material movement.
  • Update inventory details in ERP/software and Excel.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
  • Maintain all store-related documents and records.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Follow company procedures for material inward and outward processes.
