Job Description

  • Supervise Daily Service OperationsMonitor and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair activities for EV fleets.
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced according to company and manufacturer standards.
  • Sending vehicles to service station,iAs well as towing and dropping to service station.
  • Manage Service TechniciansAssign work orders and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to EV technicians.
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance.
  • Ensure Vehicle AvailabilityTrack vehicle downtime and ensure timely repairs.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to maximize fleet uptime.
  • Assist in troubleshooting high-voltage systems, battery issues, charging systems, and electronic controls.
  • Safety ComplianceEnforce EV-specific safety procedures, including high-voltage handling protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Inventory and Spare Parts ManagementMonitor stock levels of EV spare parts, batteries, tools, and consumables.
  • Coordinate procurement to avoid service delays.
  • Charging Infrastructure MonitoringOversee operation and maintenance of EV charging stations.
  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for charging equipment.
  • Quality ControlInspect completed repairs and maintenance work.
  • Ensure service quality meets company and manufacturer requirements.
  • Customer and Stakeholder CoordinationCommunicate vehicle status, repair timelines, and technical issues to operations teams and customers.
  • Handle service-related complaints and escalation cases.
  • Documentation and ReportingMaintain service records, maintenance logs, and warranty documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Cost ControlMonitor maintenance expenses and labor utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce repair costs and improve efficiency.
  • Training and DevelopmentTrain technicians on new EV technologies, diagnostic tools, and safety practices.
  • Ensure team certifications remain current.
  • Vendor and OEM CoordinationLiaise with EV manufacturers, battery suppliers, and service vendors.
  • Manage warranty claims and technical support requests.
  • Performance MonitoringTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
  • Fleet uptime
  • Vehicle availability
  • Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
  • Preventive maintenance compliance
  • Service turnaround time
  • Safety incidents
