We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Chain Supervisor to take overall charge of business operations across our sweet shop locations. You will oversee daily store activities, drive business growth, and ensure seamless inventory, financial, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

📦 Inventory & Stock Control

• Track stock levels daily across all locations.
• Report shortages promptly to prevent sales loss.
• Manage cash register transactions and audits accurately.

💼 Sales & Business Growth

• Hunt and secure new B2B leads (corporate, events, catering).
• Monitor and drive store-level sales goals daily.
• Execute marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic.

🤝 Customer Support

• Answer shopper questions regarding products and ingredients.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly to maintain brand loyalty.

👥 Labour Management

• Source, interview, and hire new resources for stores.
• Schedule shifts and manage on-ground staff performance.

📊 Accounting & Planning

• Conduct daily and monthly sales analysis.
• Perform demand forecasting to optimize production.
• Handle basic store-level accounting and budget planning.
