Job Description – Quality & Operations Auditor

Brand: Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to oversee quality checks and operational standards across our four outlets: UB City, Rex Walk, JP Nagar, and Ecoworld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular outlet visits and quality audits to ensure all stores adhere to Amadora’s brand SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and inventory management.
• Check and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all outlets.
• Ensure staff grooming, uniforms, and personal hygiene meet brand standards.
• Verify that all audit requirements and operational checklists are followed consistently.
• Conduct staff training on product knowledge, ingredients, product handling, and brand standards.
• Identify operational gaps, report deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain consistency in product quality, service standards, and overall customer experience across all locations.

Key Requirement: The candidate should be proactive, observant, disciplined, and willing to travel between all four outlets to ensure consistent quality and compliance with Amadora’s brand guidelines.
