Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused woman to join us as Store Manager for our Vasant Nagar outlet. You will be the face of the store — managing day-to-day operations, handling customer interactions, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. No prior laundry industry experience is required; we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

•       Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism

•       Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations calmly and confidently

•       Manage order intake, tagging, tracking, and handover using the store CRM

•       Coordinate with the delivery executive for timely pickups and drop-offs

•       Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to brand standards

•       Follow up with customers on order status and promote subscription plans

•       Maintain daily records of orders, collections, and cash/digital payments

•       Support local marketing activities including WhatsApp outreach and referral programmes

•       Report daily operations summary to the franchise owner

Who We Are Looking For

•       Excellent verbal communication in English, Kannada and Hindi. Tamil is a plus

•       Warm, professional demeanor — you can handle a difficult customer without losing composure

•       Prior experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or any customer-facing role preferred

•       Comfortable with basic smartphone apps and CRM tools (training provided)

•       Honest, punctual, and reliable — someone the team and customers can count on

•       Resident of Vasant Nagar or nearby areas preferred for commute convenience
