Store Manager

• Drive category-wise sales and achieve monthly targets

• Manage store P&L (MoM and YoY improvement)

• Execute local marketing and in-store events

• Maintain store Visual Merchandising (VM) as per SOP

• Ensure stock reconciliation

• Manage cash handling

• Ensure sales audit compliance

• Train team on products, services, and behavioural skills• Coach staff on customer interaction and hosting• Ensure team presentability and grooming standards

• Ensure validity of statutory licences (Shop & Establishment, Trade Licence, Fire Safety, etc.)

• Maintain operational infrastructure (CCTV, internet, equipment)

• Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
