Job Description:
- Supervising showroom staff and assigning duties
- Interacting with customers to resolve issues
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with inventory teams
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
- Conducting daily reports and sales audits
- Training new hires and ensuring customer service excellence
- Leading daily showroom operations and sales planning
- Overseeing product displays, cleanliness, and orderliness
- Handling escalated customer complaints and feedback
- Maintaining coordination between sales, billing, and inventory
- Reviewing staff performance and providing feedback
Note : Candidates residing in or around Bellandur are preferred and previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
