Store & Inventory Executive

Store & Inventory ExecutiveWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store & Inventory Executive with experience in food service, catering, restaurant, café, or hospitality operations.

• Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue stock to kitchen and café operations as per requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and inventory software.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
• Track expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and operations teams.
• Prepare inventory and consumption reports.
• Minimize stock loss, wastage, and pilferage.
