Outward Dispatch: Pick and scan items for sales, confirm with customer, generate invoice and POD, and update ERP with

delivery records.

• Stock Movement: Refill fast-moving locations from bulk, maintain proper labeling, and assist with inter-branch stock

transfers.

• Inventory Management: Conduct daily audits, reconcile physical vs. system stock, and manage coupon collection.

• Sales Returns: Accept returns with invoice, process in ERP post-approval, and issue credit notes to customers with

acknowledgment.

• Purchase Returns: Get approval, return goods with barcodes via ERP, and inform Finance to withhold vendor payments.

• Claims & Delivery: Handle collections/deliveries, manage supplier claims for damages/shortages, and process warranty

and insurance claims.
