Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for our Bangalore outlet.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing QSR/café outlets and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations
- Drive store sales and target achievement
- Handle staff management and training
- Maintain operational and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock ordering
- Deliver excellent customer experience
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Store Management experience in reputed QSR/Café brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
