Key Responsibilities
- Package Management: Scanning, unloading, sorting, and organizing packages onto the right delivery routes.
- Associate Coordination: Assisting Delivery Associates (drivers) as they arrive to pick up their daily routes.
- Problem Solving: Managing damaged packages, handling customer returns, and resolving real-time tracking discrepancies.
- Station Operations: Maintaining the overall flow and safety of the warehouse
