The ideal candidate will conduct regular audits, identify process gaps, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive adherence to company SOPs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
● Conduct scheduled and surprise audits across dark stores.
● Verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies in physical vs. system stock.
● Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational processes, and safety standards.
● Audit inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
● Monitor shrinkage, damages, expiries, and inventory losses, and recommend corrective actions.
● Prepare audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
● Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of action items.
● Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve compliance.
● Track key audit metrics and share periodic reports with stakeholders.
● Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

● 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Audit, Internal Audit, Store Audit, or Supply Chain Operations.
● Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing, or Agri-tech is preferred.
● Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
● Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
