• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering queries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and pricing labels are accurate.
• Monitor product freshness and maintain quality standards, especially for perishables.
• Support billing and cash handling activities at the checkout counter.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
• Conduct stock replenishment and inventory counts as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and operational goals.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduation.
• Prior retail, supermarket, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Basic understanding of billing systems and POS machines is an advantage.
