Senior Café Associate / Shift In-Charge – FRIYO

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 years in cafés, QSR, bakeries or F&B outlets.

FRIYO is a premium frozen Greek yogurt and açaí dessert bar looking for an experienced, hands-on team member who can handle daily store operations while taking ownership of shift supervision and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve products, handle billing and customer service.

- Monitor inventory, purchase requirements, stock levels and wastage.

- Ensure daily operating SOPs, food safety, hygiene and quality standards are followed.

- Handle store opening/closing, cash reconciliation and daily reporting.

- Actively participate in kitchen preparation, cleaning, housekeeping and all routine store activities.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably with some shift supervision responsibilities.

- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.

- Familiarity with POS billing and basic inventory management.

- Organised, responsible, proactive and comfortable working in a small team.

- Willingness to lead by example and work alongside other staff.

Important: This is a hands-on operational leadership role and not a supervisory role
