Job Description

The Station Operator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the battery swapping station. The role involves battery swapping, inventory management, customer support, safety compliance, and ensuring uninterrupted station operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform battery swapping operations efficiently and safely.

Manage battery inventory, charging status, and stock records.

Monitor battery health and report damaged or faulty batteries.

Maintain accurate records of battery swaps and station activities through mobile applications.

Assist customers during battery exchange and resolve basic queries.

Ensure station cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.

Follow all battery handling and safety protocols.

Conduct daily inspections of chargers, batteries, and station equipment.

Coordinate with supervisors for maintenance and operational support.

Prepare daily operational reports and shift handover updates.

Requirements:

Minimum ITI / Diploma.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Physically fit to handle battery movement and station activities.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Prior experience in EV, automotive, warehouse, logistics, or operations is preferred.
