Staff Nurse

JOB TITLE: Staff Nurse (B.Sc Nursing / GNM)

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)

Valid Nursing Council Registration

Age Limit:

21 to 30 years

Salary:

B.Sc Nursing: ₹21,500 – ₹25,000 per month

GNM: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Service Agreement:

Candidates must sign a 1-year service agreement with the organization.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

* Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

* Weekly off will be provided on a rotational basis.

* No fixed weekly off on Saturdays or Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide quality nursing care to patients.

* Perform IV cannulation and maintain IV lines.

* Collect blood samples and other specimens as required.

* Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, procedures, and treatments.

* Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical status.

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

* Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

* Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.

* Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans.

* Coordinate effectively with doctors and healthcare staff for patient management.
