Job Description
We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients as per hospital standards.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment, medication, and post-care instructions.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Work efficiently in rotational shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Skills Required: Good communication skills, patient care skills, teamwork, and a compassionate approach.
