Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee residential property maintenance operations.

The role involves supervising vendor activities, reviewing maintenance requirements, conducting site inspections, and ensuring timely service execution. This position requires both office coordination and regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and plan maintenance requirements
• Assign and supervise vendor tasks
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards
• Verify material usage and review cost estimates
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely completion
• Maintain maintenance documentation and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers
• Escalate and resolve service-related issues
• Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes

• Eligibility Criteria
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Civil or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or site management
• Knowledge of building repairs and estimation
• Ability to assess workmanship quality
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits
