Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes,
· Ensure high-quality taste, aroma, and presentation in all food items
· Monitor stock levels of ingredients, spices, and supplies to place orders as needed.
· Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen area, adhering to food health regulations.
· Apply Cooking techniques, including proper fermentation for batters and steaming techniques.
· Manage food prep and production to ensure prompt service, especially during peak hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or Chef in a restaurant or busy kitchen setting.
· In-depth knowledge of South Indian ingredients, spices, and regional cooking styles
· Ability to work efficiently within a team.
