Job Title: Executive Sous Chef Company: District 6 – Micro Brewery Pub & Kitchen

Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

We're Hiring – Executive Sous ChefDistrict 6 – Micro Brewery Pub & Kitchen is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations and delivering exceptional food quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and minimize wastage.
• Train and mentor kitchen team members.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage team scheduling.
• Coordinate with service and bar teams for efficient operations.
• Ensure all SOPs and kitchen safety procedures are followed.
• Requirements6–10 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, pubs, or microbreweries.
• At least 2–3 years as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Continental, Indian, and Multi-Cuisine.
• Experience in food costing and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Salary💰 ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)
