About us

Follow Your Child is a parenting education brand based in Bangalore. Our coach is followed by more than 530,000 parents on Instagram, and we run courses that thousands of parents have taken.

Most people only see our Instagram. There is a lot more happening behind it, and that is what this job is. You will own our LinkedIn and our YouTube, make the content that goes out, and work alongside our founder and our coach every single day.

What you will do

Own two channels — Run our LinkedIn and our YouTube. You decide what goes out, when, and how it is written. You build these up from where they are today.

Content and design — Draft Instagram stories. Design carousels and simple Canva documents. Edit parent testimonials into clean posts.

Course material — Edit our course content so it reads clearly. Build the lesson slide decks in Canva and keep every slide on brand.

Shoots — Assist during shoots. Shoot short ads on the phone, indoors and outdoors. Tighten scripts before we shoot.

Editor and agency — Brief our video editor and follow up until the YouTube and Instagram edits are delivered on time. Coordinate the posting calendar with our agency.

Collaborations — Coordinate brand collaborations from start to finish. Track what was agreed, what is due, and when it goes live.

Support the founder — Work directly with our founder and coach on whatever the week needs on the content side. Research, decks, follow-ups, getting things over the line and coordinate with the team

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English. Much of this job is writing.
• Strong Canva skills. Show us carousels and posts you have made yourself.
• Comfortable shooting on a phone and directing someone on camera.
• Organised. You can run a schedule and chase people until the work is delivered.
• Real working knowledge of AI tools. You already use them for research and first drafts, and you can show us how.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in content or social media.
• Bonus if you are a parent, or you have worked with parents or children before.

The details

• Where: In office, Rajajinagar 5th Block, Bangalore. This is not a remote role.
• When: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Reports to: The founder. You will work closely with our coach, our account manager, our video editor and our agency.
• Probation: Three months.
• Start: Immediate.
