Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator Executive to plan, create, and manage engaging content for Prakriti Herbals. The role involves ideating reels, coordinating shoots, collaborating with influencers, and analyzing performance to drive social media growth while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilites:

1) Content Creation & Reel Production – Record reels using our products and coordinate shoots with founders and team. Plan monthly content and growth strategies.

2)Ideation & Campaign Planning – Ideate, script, and create reels, posts, and social media campaigns.

Influencer & Creator Collaborations – Identify and plan collaborations with influencers and creators to expand reach.

3)Performance Tracking & Insights – Analyze insights, trends, and performance metrics to guide content decisions.

4)Brand Consistency & Storytelling – Ensure brand voice, storytelling, and visuals remain consistent and practical.

Skills:

1)Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content

2)Basic video shooting and editing skills (mobile-first content)

Creative ideation and storytelling ability

3)Comfortable coordinating shoots with team/founders and being infront of the camera to shoot herself

4)Knowledge of trends, hooks, and viral content formats

5)Basic analytics understanding (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)
