Social Media Executive

Job Role Description;

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of Value Venture across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp. The candidate will plan, create, post, and track content related to property valuation, property documentation, due diligence, property management, real estate awareness, and company branding. The role requires content planning skills, basic design sense, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with the internal team to collect site photos, videos, client updates, and technical information.

Key Responsibilities;

1.  Create and manage a weekly and monthly social media content calendar.
2. Design and post creatives, reels, stories, carousels, short videos, and company updates
3.  Manage Value Venture content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
4. Prepare educational content on property valuation, legal document checks, home loan valuation process, property due diligence, property management, and real estate tips for buyers, sellers, NRIs, and bankers
5.  Shoot and edit basic short videos and reels using a mobile phone or editing tools.
6. Maintain brand consistency in all posts, captions, colors, fonts, and layouts.
7. Track social media performance such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and enquiries.
8.  Write captions, hashtags, short scripts, and content ideas for social media posts.
9.  Plan festive greetings, company announcements, hiring posts, service promotion posts, and awareness campaigns
10. Maintain a proper folder structure for creatives, videos, raw files, and final posts.
11.  Assist in improving Value Venture’s brand visibility and professional image online
