Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the project site and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, and other site workers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality of work and report any issues immediately.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and clients during site visits.
• Track site progress and share regular updates with the project team.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, and used properly.
• Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety practices.
• Identify delays or challenges and proactively resolve them.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines.
