Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material requirements.

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Verify contractor bills and material consumption.

Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
