Site Civil Engineer

Site Supervision: Manage daily construction activities, allocate tasks to laborers, and monitor work pace to ensure adherence to project timelines.

Quality Assurance: Inspect building materials, oversee concrete pours, and ensure completed work aligns with approved engineering designs and safety codes.

Technical Compliance: Interpret blueprints, generate bar bending schedules (BBS), and set exact lines and levels on-site.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve structural, architectural, or logistical discrepancies as they arise.

Safety Management: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA or local equivalent), conduct safety briefings, and mitigate workplace hazards.

Reporting: Maintain site logs, record materials used, and draft daily/weekly progress reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience: Hands-on experience supervising construction sites, often spanning 1–2 years depending on project scale.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and surveying equipment (theodolites, levels).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, vendor negotiation, and effective communication
