Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage our experience centre and assist customers throughout their interior design journey.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through our interior solutions.
• Explain our products, materials, finishes, modular furniture, and services.
• Schedule appointments with the design team and coordinate customer meetings.
• Maintain customer enquiry records and follow up with potential clients.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
• Learn about interior products, modular furniture, hardware, and current design trends.
• Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with designers and project teams for smooth customer communication.
• Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and prepare daily enquiry reports.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage).
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
• Quick learner with an interest in interiors, furniture, and home design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, customer service, or front office roles.
• Experience in the interior design, furniture, modular kitchen, home décor, or real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
