Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations and ensure smooth outlet functioning
- Supervise crew members and assign duties
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily transactions
- Track attendance, shift schedules, and manpower requirements
- Ensure stock availability and inventory control
- Support sales targets and overall outlet performance
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Coordinate with the RGM/Unit Head on operational updates
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Monitor OT, leave, attendance, and staff discipline
Candidate Profile:
Experience in restaurant/QSR operations, team handling, customer service, and shift management will be preferred.
