Shift Manager - Polar Bear Icecreams

The Shift Manager is responsible for assisting the store manager with the overall operations of Polar Bear Ice Cream outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily functioning as per brand standards. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand compliance, managing inventory and stock, handling cash and billing, minimizing wastage, resolving customer concerns, preparing daily reports, and ensuring the outlet operates efficiently and profitably. The Store Manager is also responsible for training and motivating the team, maintaining discipline, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience in line with brand standards. Past Experience in F&B or QSR is preferred.
