Job Title: Site Supervisor

Department: Setup Operations

Reports to: Operations Lead

Role Summary: The Site Supervisor oversees inventory, materials, and on-site setup during property handover days. The role keeps deliveries, supplies, utilities, and appliances fully accounted for, supports vendors and the design team on the ground, and stays in close contact with the operations team — raising anything missing, damaged, or off-plan as it happens.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Materials

• Receive, verify, and organise all deliveries before the day starts, checking them against the delivery list and promptly raising any gaps.
• Source missing materials during the day, keeping the operations team informed of any time away from the site.
• Track all materials issued and used throughout the day.

Utilities & Appliances

• Set up and test internet and water purifier units, confirming they are working correctly.
• Check every appliance in the property and report any faults immediately.

Room & Space Setup

• Support the design team with room setup: curtains, bedsheets, pillow cases, mattresses, extension cords, and lamps.
• Lead the living room, kitchen, and bathroom setup under the design team's direction.

Keys & Security

• Manage key duplication and secure storage in line with company policy.

Waste & Disposal

• Keep packaging and waste consolidated so common areas stay clear.
• Arrange disposal at day's end, settle payment, and submit the invoice.

Vendor Support & Touch-Ups

• Assist vendors on site as needed, coordinating with the operations team before stepping away from any assigned task.
• Handle minor paint touch-ups as directed.

Warehouse Returns

• Stack, label, and confirm all items returning to the warehouse, ensuring nothing is left behind.

Spillover

• Return to the site the following day as needed to clear any outstanding items, staying until work is signed off.

Reporting missing items, damage, and off-plan issues to the operations team in real time throughout the day.
