Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Service Staff / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in café service, food & beverage, or barista operations and should be able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and other café items.

·       Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payment transactions.

·       Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and work area.

·       Handle food and beverages safely and maintain quality standards.

·       Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently.

·       Maintain adequate stock of ingredients and inform the supervisor of shortages.

·       Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.

·       Follow Cafe policies, food safety standards, and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

·       Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Café Service Staff, or in a similar F&B role.

·       Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.

·       Good communication and customer service skills.

·       Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

·       Basic knowledge of billing/POS system will be an advantage.
