Position: Service Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily service center operations.
• Lead and support the service team to achieve targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
• Monitor service quality and workshop productivity.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with technicians and spare parts teams.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Automobile or related field preferred).
• Experience in automobile service management.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workshop operations and customer handling.
