🎯 Role:

Service EngineerAs a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of elevators while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite elevator servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot elevator systems.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain elevator equipment.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Handle electrical wiring and basic electronic troubleshooting.
• Test newly installed equipment to ensure it meets required specifications.
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective technical solutions.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and submit service reports.
• Maintain logbooks detailing repairs, inspections, and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable building codes.
• Report technical findings and service updates to managers/supervisors.
• Provide professional and timely customer support.

👤 Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / BE qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Valid two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Bengaluru.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month (including petrol allowance)

Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience and interview, up to ₹30,000/month
