Service Coordinator

Job Title: Service Coordinator (Electronics Installation & Service)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Coordinator who has strong knowledge of electronics installation and service work. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling field service associates and coordinating daily service operations efficiently. Experience in CCTV, fire alarm systems, and other security devices is highly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage daily service and installation activities.
• Handle and supervise field service engineers/associates.
• Assign service calls and monitor task completion within timelines.
• Ensure proper installation and servicing of systems such as:
• CCTV systems
• Fire alarm systems
• Other electronic/security devices
• Provide technical support and guidance to field staff when required.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding service schedules and issue resolution.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and improve productivity.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in electronics service and installation.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CCTV systems
• Fire alarm systems
• Security and surveillance equipment
• Experience in handling and managing field service teams.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving ability and technical understanding.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, emails).
