Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with accurate details.
- Explain service recommendations, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for timely completion of service work.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle repair status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and professionally.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
- Conduct vehicle delivery and explain the work carried out.
- Maintain service records and customer database.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
