1. Website Management • Regularly update the website with new content, pages, banners, service information, and partner updates • Create and update landing pages for different solutions and services • Ensure all website pages are accurate, relevant, and professionally presented • Coordinate with developer/freelancer for technical website fixes when required

2. On-Page SEO • Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and page content • Improve internal linking structure across the website • Ensure pages are properly keyword-mapped • Maintain SEO best practices across all service and solution pages

3. Technical SEO Coordination • Submit and monitor sitemap in Google Search Console • Track indexing issues, broken pages, redirects, and crawl issues • Coordinate basic technical SEO corrections with the developer • Support implementation of schema markup, structured data, and page improvements

4. Local SEO & Google Business Profile • Manage and optimise Google Business Profile • Update services, business details, posts, and images • Support review-generation campaigns • Improve visibility in local Bengaluru-based searches

5. Content & Blog Support• Plan and coordinate SEO-focused blogs and service content • Create or optimise content around key business solutions • Support writing/structuring content for industry pages, FAQs, service pages, and case studies • Maintain a content publishing calendar

6. Directory Listings & Backlinks • Create and manage company profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, JustDial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, and vendor/partner directories • Maintain consistency in business information across all listings • Support backlink-building and authority-building initiatives

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track keyword rankings, traffic, local visibility, and page performance • Share monthly reports on ranking progress, traffic growth, enquiries, completed SEO actions, and pending technical items • Suggest improvements based on performance trends

8. Growth Support • Identify opportunities to improve enquiry generation through the website • Suggest better call-to-actions, lead forms, landing pages, and content structure • Support digital growth initiatives aligned to business goals
