Senior Telesales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic MBA graduates who are passionate about sales, counseling, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in business development, admissions, sales, and management.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle student enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.

● Counsel prospective students regarding language training and certification programs.

● Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process.

● Build relationships with prospective students and understand their learning goals.

● Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.

● Coordinate with the operations team regarding batch schedules and student onboarding.

● Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility

● MBA (Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, International Business, or related specialization).

● MBA Freshers are encouraged to apply.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
