Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers

• Pitch and explain personal loan products effectively

• Identify customer needs and generate interest

• Build strong rapport and handle objections confidently

Eligibility Criteria:

• Maximum 1 year experience in telesales / telecalling / telemarketing

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM handling

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: 18,000 - 25,0000
