Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
  • Handle the entire sales process inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
  • Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
  • Update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
