Senior Sales Executive
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the complete sales cycle to achieve business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage prospective buyers through various sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle the entire sales process, including inquiry handling, lead follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits for potential clients.
- Provide professional guidance and assistance to clients throughout the property purchase process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
