Senior Sales Coordinator
π Location: Bangalore
π Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 9:30 AM β 6:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and merchants
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
- Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and sales discussions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales trackers
- Monitor outreach activities and report on lead status and conversions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with new people and initiating conversations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email platforms
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets
- Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, or customer engagement is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply
