What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and merchants
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and sales discussions
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales trackers
  • Monitor outreach activities and report on lead status and conversions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with new people and initiating conversations
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email platforms
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets
  • Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, or customer engagement is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply
