Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
• Analyze tender documents and assist in preparing bids and quotations.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations, contracts, and claims.
• Monitor materials, labor costs, and project timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in contract administration, including variation orders and interim payments.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and actual work done for billing purposes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and final account statements.
• Support procurement team in vendor negotiations and material approvals.
