Job Description
We are looking for candidates with experience in project sales, institutional sales, architect/builder coordination, and B2B field relationship management within the construction material industry.
The role involves regular interaction with builders, architects, contractors, PMCs, and channel partners for business development, specifications, project coordination, and relationship management.
We are looking for highly energetic and relationship-oriented professionals who already have experience working with builders, architects, contractors, apartment projects, commercial projects, construction sites, and building material industries.
The ideal candidate should be confident in:

Candidates with existing builder and architect networks in Bangalore will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Project Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify ongoing apartment, villa, and commercial projects across Bangalore
- Track projects nearing finishing and interior stages
- Generate bulk project opportunities for DoorJoy products
- Build long-term relationships with builders and developers
Builder & Architect Relationship Management
- Meet builders, architects, contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams
- Conduct product discussions and presentations
- Coordinate sample submissions and technical discussions
- Promote DoorJoy products to architects and specification teams
Construction Site Visits & Market Intelligence
- Visit construction sites regularly across Bangalore
- Gather project intelligence and procurement timelines
- Track premium and high-volume construction opportunities
- Maintain builder/project databases and follow-up systems
Business Development & Closures
- Handle project discussions and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate quotations and project follow-ups
- Support project conversion and order closures
- Develop repeat business and referral networks
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with prior experience in:
- Doors & engineered doors
- Plywood & laminates
- Tiles & sanitaryware
- UPVC/window systems
- Modular kitchens/interiors
- Hardware & fittings
- Building materials
- Architectural products
- Construction project sales
Candidates currently or previously working with brands like Kajaria, Century Ply, Greenlam, Hafele, Hettich, Fenesta, Aparna Venster, Saint Gobain, HomeLane, Livspace, Mikasa, Wesmarc, Tata Pravesh, Godrej Interio, or similar companies will be highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong builder and architect relationship management
- Excellent field sales and project handling capability
- Understanding of construction and interior project cycles
- Ability to independently generate project opportunities
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with daily field/site visits
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Local Bangalore market knowledge preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for meetings and site visits
