To lead, stabilize, and scale the technical operations of SZ Water Links Pvt. Ltd. across project execution, O&M, quality systems, and technical business growth, ensuring high-performance delivery of water and wastewater treatment solutions.

Experience - Industry Water Treatment (RO, STP, ETP, WTP)

6. HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Implementation 
7. Client & Consultant Management 
8. Documentation & Reporting Systems 
9. Business Support & Technical Sales Enablement 

Key Competencies Required Technical Expertise

1. Strong knowledge of ETP, STP, WTP design & execution
2. In-depth understanding of RO + UF systems
3. Expertise in MBBR, clarifiers, DAF, and filtration technologies
4. Hands-on experience in mechanical erection, alignment, fabrication & piping
5. Demonstrated experience with large-scale membrane systems Operational Strength
6. Proven experience handling plants at 300–550 MLD scale
7. Expertise in maintenance planning, downtime reduction, and failure analysis Quality & Inspection Mastery
8. Deep exposure to QAP, TPI, and IS/ASME standards
9. Hands-on experience in NDT including DP and RT
10. Knowledge of welding qualification – WPS, PQR, and WPQ Leadership & Strategic Thinking
11. Demonstrated ability to build systems from scratch and stabilize operations
12. Proven capability to scale execution and team capability
13. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
